Expanding Lung and Kidney Regeneration

REGEND002 is a next-generation rejuvenated lung progenitor cell product, which is based on our unique chemical partial reprogramming technical platform to reverse biological ages of old, unhealthy autologous cells, aiming to expand our target population and improve therapeutic efficacy to a new level. 

REGEND007 is an allogeneic cell therapeutic product candidate based on off-the-shelf human lung progenitor cells, offers significant advantages in accessibility, treatment timeliness, and cost. 

REGEND008 is has the potential to be a promising universal kidney progenitor cell therapeutic product for the treatment of CKD, with potential to improve renal function and delay disease progression. 

Targeting Multi-Organ Aging-Associated Diseases

 

REJUVE101 is an engineered extracellular vesicle-based therapy designed to deliver and enhance the expression of an anti-aging gene promising for the treatment of age-related diseases affecting organ systems. 


REJUVE109 is comprised of engineered extracellular vesicle carrying reprogramming chemicals capable of epigenetically reversing cellular aging phenotypes in stem cell systems.
